Who we are
Steve Haffner had a 30 year career in the corporate environment, as a programmer, systems engineer, business analyst,
and vice president. He helped companies such as EDS, Mercer, and Humana create software solutions to solve business problems.
In 2011 Steve left to start his own business. Through that journey he learned how the primitive part of the subconscious mind influences our decision maker to a much higher degree than most people realize.
This "lizard brain" influence affects our productivity and performance in a wide variety of areas, from restricting the ability to focus, to elevating emotional influence over decisions, to hampering our ability to grow and innovate.
